Our Coffees
What ends up on our offer list reflects fifteen-plus years of buying relationships, origin visits, and quality analysis. We work with cooperatives, washing stations, dry mills, and individual producers depending on the origin.
Tap to jump to a region
Africa
Africa is a significant part of our offer list year-round. Production across the region is largely smallholder-farmed, with cooperatives and washing stations central to how coffee moves from farm to export.
Asia and Pacific
We source from Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, India, and Yemen.
Indonesia's supply chain centers on the wet-hulling process unique to the region. PNG is largely smallholder-farmed across the highlands with a primary harvest running April through August. Indian offerings include monsooned Malabar and select robusta. Yemen produces in limited volumes with a short harvest window between November and January.
Central America
Central America is a consistent part of our offer list year-round. We source across a range of processes and price points, from washed lots grown at high altitude on volcanic soils to honeys and naturals from farms and cooperatives we know well.
South America
South America covers four origins in our lineup. Colombia arrives across two crop windows from a range of growing regions including the Valle del Cauca, Magdalena, and Sierra Nevada.
Peru and Bolivia are both primarily smallholder-farmed origins with high-altitude washed lots that work well for specialty programs. Brazil rounds out the region with naturals and pulped naturals that bring a different profile to the table.
Caribbean and Hawaii
We carry Jamaica Blue Mountain for buyers whose programs call for one of the most tightly regulated and traceable designations in coffee. Hawaiian Kona and Maui lots are also available when supply allows, high-cost premium-priced origins that serve specific program niches.
