For Celi, coffee is a family affair. She has two sisters who are Q-graders and have been in the business for years. They motivated her to get onboard by sharing wonderful stories from their travels to origin and about the tight knit coffee industry community. Celi comes from a vast array of careers, from coaching basketball, estate sales, bartending, milliner, and running the day to day operations for the largest hat company in the U.S.. She is now ready and very excited for this new venture with ICT.
