Description
This washed coffee comes from smallholder farmers in Jinotega, North Central Nicaragua. Jinotega is the largest coffee region in the country. Juan & Miriam (J&M) Family Coffee is a family and community focused company working with over 110 small to medium producers across Jinotega to support and provide economic development, financing, and technical assistance. They own and operate their own dry mills and have 4 collection centers used to gather coffee from November through March. Having their own collection centers and trucks allows J&M to guarantee traceability.
