ICT’s Fair Trade Organic Colombians are from the Tolima region and the Planadas sub-region. Planadas produces a large volume of high-quality coffee, offering more Cup of Excellence finalists than any region in Colombia. This is a washed coffee of the Caturra varietal with a floral, brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange fragrance. As you are enjoying this one of a kind coffee you will experience a very syrupy, complex body with a medium/high acidity and a clean finish.

Our Organic Colombia also hails from the Planadas region where it is washed and sun-dried. The Asociación de Productores Ecológicos de Planadas covers 260 hectares of land with 81 small producers. Planadas is located in close vicinity to the Volcan Nevado del Huila, Colombia’s highest volcano. This coffee has fruit notes of date, fig, and plum. The silky mouth-feel, long sweet finish, and hints of molasses and semisweet chocolate will have you reaching for another cup as soon as you finish.
